1. Order Processing Time

All grocery orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Due to the perishable nature of grocery items:

  • Orders are packed fresh before dispatch
  • During peak demand, festivals, or supply constraints, processing may take up to 72 hours

You will receive a notification once your order is dispatched.


2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product availability
  • Courier partner schedules

Estimated delivery:

  • Local & nearby locations: 1–3 business days
  • Other serviceable locations: 3–6 business days

Unforeseen factors such as weather, traffic, or courier delays may affect delivery times.


3. Shipping Locations

CRDC Enterprises currently delivers within India only.

Availability of certain grocery items may vary by region due to freshness and logistics constraints.

If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or contacted by our team.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Tracking updates depend on the courier partner and may take a few hours to activate.


5. Perishable & Grocery-Specific Guidelines

  • Perishable items are shipped using standard delivery methods suitable for groceries
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed for highly perishable goods
  • Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address to receive the order

Failure to accept delivery may result in order cancellation without refund.


6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • Damaged products
  • Leaking or spoiled items
  • Missing or incorrect products

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at care@crdcenterprises.in

, along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Resolutions are provided as per our Refund Policy.


7. Address Accuracy & Changes

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

  • Address changes are allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once order processing begins, address modifications may not be possible

CRDC Enterprises is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details.


8. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners usually make one delivery attempt for grocery orders
  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the order may be cancelled without refund
