Overview

At CRDC Enterprises, we deal in grocery and daily-use food products. Due to the nature of these items, returns are not allowed once an order has been delivered.

However, we understand that issues may occur during transit. If you receive a product in damaged, spoiled, expired, or poor condition, we offer a refund under specific conditions outlined below.


No Return Policy

  • Grocery and food items cannot be returned after delivery.
  • This policy is strictly followed to ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Refund Eligibility (Only in Case of Damaged or Bad Products)

You may request a refund only if:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, spoiled, expired, or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and original packaging are shared as proof.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refunds.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality
  • Delays caused by external courier services (unless product quality is affected)

Refund Process

  1. within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Photos/videos of the damaged product
    • Brief description of the issue
  3. Our team will review the request.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges for grocery products.
  • Approved cases are handled only through refunds.

Shipping & Handling

  • Customers are not required to return damaged grocery items.
  • In verified cases, refunds are processed without reverse pickup.
